Team Elevate?
Together, Gulf and Williams Racing will embrace challenges, push limits and continue to drive forward. Gulf will support the Williams Racing Driver Academy in achieving their dreams by inspiring them off-track to prepare them for what’s on-track.
Gulf is renowned for supporting some of the best teams and drivers throughout motorsport history and is therefore uniquely positioned to aid drivers in reaching their full potential, and shine bright within motorsport. Team Elevate will create opportunities, open doors and support the drivers to become prominent figures within the industry.

Inspiring the Next Generation
The Williams Driver Academy is made up of drivers across all junior motorsport categories, from karting to Formula 2. As part of Team Elevate, Gulf will look to provide specific support to this younger generation and inspire them to reach their full potential within motorsport.
Team Elevate will look to provide guidance from various figureheads across motorsport who will share historic and iconic stories with the aim of inspiring this next generation.
Preparing Drivers Off-Track
The strain that drivers face isn’t just on-track against their competitors, it is also off-track with media, sponsors and managing their personal life. Through Team Elevate we will look to support the drivers to navigate their motorsport journey and equip them with tools and experiences that could help to ease the pressures and challenges they face at high level competition.
Exploring our Legacy With Franco and Stuart
Located in the main showroom of the legendary ROFGO Gulf Heritage collection, Stuart Hall and Franco Colapinto take a look at some of the all-time iconic Gulf motorsport classics. While exploring the stunning cars within the collection, the pair discuss team spirit, adaptability and overcoming challenges.
Behind the Wheel With Franco and Stuart
Playing on the classic ‘American drive-in cinema’ experience with Stuart Hall and Franco Colapinto sitting in the American classic Gulf Ford GT40, the pair touches on key motorsport moments in their careers. They discuss team spirit, adaptability and overcoming challenges while watching heritage footage from Le Mans, featuring iconic Gulf liveries.
Pitching to Partners
Team Elevate Principal, Damon Hill, challenges Williams Racing Academy Drivers, Franco Colapinto, Zak O'Sullivan, Luke Browning and Lia Block, to step up and provide their mettle in the big league. Their challenge is to create their own Formula 1 team called Team Elevate and pitch to Damon as if he's a potential sponsor. This will give them the opportunity to show their strategic vision, technical prowess, and marketing savvy.

Prominent Figures in Motorsport
Formula 1 teams are not run by the drivers alone, they are run by a monumental collective team effort from mechanics, engineers and marketing teams. Through Team Elevate, Gulf will prepare Williams Racing Academy the drivers for whatever path they may choose to take within motorsport.
We will encourage drivers to explore different aspects of motorsport to help them understand the different roles and learn what it takes for a Formula 1 car to hit the track. This will include training and unique opportunities which only Gulf can provide.
